We are looking for a strategic and business-oriented Project Manager to drive projects and contribute to overall business development and market analysis within our CIP Unit.
The Role
As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the leadership of our Critical Infrastructure Protection business and support the development and commercialization of solutions that strengthen the resilience of critical infrastructure in an increasingly complex geopolitical environment.
You will lead strategic and commercial initiatives through market and customer analysis, preparation of management materials, and business development activities. Working with executive leaders, customers, technology teams and external partners, you will help turn complex information into clear insights, actionable plans, and high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and lead business development projects in close collaboration with our CIP leadership team (e.g., create customer proposals, presentations, business cases and decision-making material)
Conduct market, customer, competitor, and business opportunity analysis to support strategic decision-making
Gather and synthesize information from internal and external sources into clear recommendations and insights
Support the development of go-to-market strategies and commercial initiatives
What You Bring
Master’s degree in business, engineering, economics or finance
2-5 years of experience from management consulting or in-house corporate strategy consulting team
A business-oriented mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize fragmented information and working hypothesis-based
Strong PowerPoint and communication skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling management-level and customer-ready materials
Strong Excel skills to perform structured commercial and quantitative analyses
A structured and proactive way of working, with attention to detail and quality, and ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Finnish
While not a requirement, industrial experience from critical infrastructure, energy, utilities, construction, defense, and/or resilience is considered and advantage.
